摘要
为满足现代物流市场运输需求,发挥北京局集团公司在京津冀地区重要作用,推动其货运业务不断向前发展,运用SWOT 方法分析北京局集团公司货运业务发展自身所具有的优势、劣势,以及在市场中所面临的机会和威胁,得出SWOT 分析矩阵,确定以SO 战略为主导,WT 战略为辅助的货运业务发展战略,提出抓住“公转铁”政策机遇、提高集输港运量、积极发展现代物流、打造优势运输品牌、加强基础设施建设、强化物流人才培养等相应对策,为北京局集团公司货运业务发展提供决策支持。
To meet the demand of the modern logistics for transportation by promoting Beijing Group’s freight transportation business through giving full play to its unique role in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper has studied into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that it faces in its development using the SWOT method which has resulted in the SWOT matrix. Based on the matrix, this paper has put forward the general strategy to promote development of freight transportation: taking the advantages of the strengths and opportunities while avoiding the weaknesses and threats. To provide evidence for decision-making, this paper has also elaborated the specific strategies: seizing the policy opportunity of “promoting railway instead of highway transportation”, increasing railway freight volume, facilitating the development of modern logistics, improving brand building, strengthening infrastructure construction and enhancing logistics personnel training.
