摘要
为促进铁路与公路物流运输的合理分工与协同发展,在分析铁路、公路运输发展现状及优劣势的基础上,从运输距离、运输价格、运输时效、物流成本、运输安全、节能环保等方面,提出建立铁路与公路物流运输合理分工的引导性政策、加大铁路与公路物流运输协同发展的政策支持、完善基础设施建设等对策建议。
In order to promote the rational division of labor and coordinated development of railway and highway logistics transportation. Based on the development situation of railway and highway transportation as well as their advantages and disadvantages, this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions, such as establishing the guiding policies on rational division of labor between railway and highway transportation, promoting policy support for the coordinated development of railway and highway transportation, and improving infrastructure construction from the aspects of transportation distance, transportation price, transportation time, logistics cost, transportation safety, energy saving and environmental protection.
