摘要
随着中央银行支付服务体系平稳运行,我国支付清算网络的覆盖范围不断扩展,系统中沉淀大量各方面资金汇划的金融数据。本文试图利用支付交易系统独特的数据优势与辖区内经济构建联系,基于吉林省数据积极探索支付结算数据分析模型,从资金流动性的角度透视辖内金融体系自身的运行情况,预测经济运行状态和变化趋势,探究支付系统业务数据如何影响金融体系发展,从而引发对金融监管理论与框架的反思。
With the smooth operation of the central bank payment service system, the coverage of the payment and clearing network in China is expanding, and a large number of financial data from all aspects of the system are precipitated in the system.This paper attempts to make use of the unique data advantages of the payment trading system to construct the relationship with the economy in the area, and actively explore the payment and settlement data analysis model based on the data of Jilin Province.The purpose of this paper is to explore how the business data of payment system affect the development of financial system, which leads to the reflection on the theory and framework of financial supervision.
