摘要
研究了水分对磷酸铁锂的作用机理,显示在一定条件下(100~180℃),水分不仅能够与磷酸铁锂起一定的反应作用,并且能够对磷酸铁锂产品造成5mAh/g以上的显著影响,研究该反应的机理,对实际生产过程的控制极具参考价值。
Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) is the key material for the battery of new-energy automotive, which plays a decisive role in the battery performance. The mechanism of the effect of moisture on LiFePO4 was studied. It shows that moisture can react with the LiFePO4 under certain moderate temperature conditions and cause the reduced of capacity more than 5 mAh/g. Therefore, the research of the reaction mechanism is especially valuable for the control of the actual LFP production process.
