摘要
利用卡尔费休水分测试仪梯度升温法分析测试了锂离子电池材料和正负极极片的水分测试过程,研究表明:含有NMP的正负极片在较高温度下烘烤会使残留的NMP大量挥发,进入测试系统进而发生副反应,因此其含水量测试温度不宜超过170,℃;含有CMC的水系极片在较高温度下烘烤会发生CMC的碳化,脱出水分进入测试系统,使含水量测试值偏高,因此测试其含水量的最高温度为150,℃;正负极粉料由于组分比较单一,所以测试含水量的烘烤温度较宽泛,大致为110~270,℃。
The moisture testing processes of positive and cathode materials were analyzed via Karl Fischer moisture test.The results show that the NMP containing positive plates of Lithium Ion Battery plate should not be heated above 170,℃;the CMC containing aqueous anode plates should not be heated above 150,℃;as the composition of positive and cathode powder is simple,the drying temperature may be in the range of 110~270,℃.
