摘要
研究了水分对锂离子电池室温及45℃循环性能的影响.结果表明当水分含量超过0.023 5%时,池在室温(200循环容量衰减至83.4%)、45℃循环(100次容量衰减至84.1%以下)性能显著衰减.XRD和ICP测试结果表明,水分含量高的电池正极LiCoO2在循环过程中有明显的溶解现象.
The influence of water contamination on the cycling performance of lithium ion battery was investigated. The results show that at room temperature 200th cycle recoverable capacity is below 83.4% , and the 45 ℃ 100th cycle recoverable capacity is below 84. 1% when water content above 0. 023 5%. The results of XRD and ICP show that the dissolution of Co is serious in the cell with high content of water, which is responsible for the capacity loss.
