摘要 目的虚拟现实技术(VR)凭借其独特的直观性、交互性和沉浸式体验,为临床教学提供了新的手段,目前尚无将VR技术用于脊柱外科临床实践教学方面的报道。本研究拟将VR技术用于脊柱外科临床带教,探讨该教学方法的效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月在脊柱外科实习的临床医学本科生50名,随机分为VR教学组和传统对照组。VR教学组在理论学习阶段采用VR模型和操作平台辅助教学,手术示教阶段采用VR视频教学;传统对照组采用常规教学方法。采用试卷和自制量表对教学效果及学生满意度进行评估。结果 VR教学组平均出科考试成绩为(85.78±9.37)分,显著高于传统对照组的(78.82±11.47)分(P<0.05);VR教学组教学满意度为(97.34±10.55)分,显著高于传统对照组的(88.67±12.44)分(P<0.05)。结论 VR技术凭借独特优势,能显著提高脊柱外科临床教学质量,激发学生的兴趣,是脊柱外科临床带教的有效手段。 Objective Virtual reality technology (VR) provides a new means for clinical teaching with its unique intuitiveness, interactivity and immersive experience. There is no report on the use of VR technology in clinical practice teaching of spinal surgery. The objective of this study was to explore the effect of the VR technology in the clinical teaching of spinal surgery. Methods Fifty students in clinical medicine from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly assigned to the VR teaching group and the traditional control group. In the VR teaching group, the VR module was used to assist the theoretical learning and the VR video was used in the surgical training;the control group used the conventional teaching method. Test papers and self-made scales were used to evaluate teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction. Results The average score of the VR teaching group was (85.78±9.37) points, which was significantly higher than that of the traditional control group (78.82±11.47) points (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the VR teaching group was (97.34±10.55) points, which was significantly higher than the traditional control (88. 67±12.44) points (P < 0.05). Conclusion VR technology, with its unique advantages, can significantly improve the teaching quality of spine surgery and stimulate students' interest. It is an effective means of clinical teaching in spinal surgery.
