Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing mode in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology nursing. Methods A total of 78 nursing students from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected to study. They were randomly divided into control group (teaching according to the traditional mode) and observation group (using the combined mode of medicine and nursing). The teaching achievement, self-evaluation and satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in skills, theory and comprehensive results, with statistical significance (P < 0.05);the observation group was able to deepen understanding and memory, stimulate learning interest, deepen clinical three-basic ability, strengthen analytical and problem-solving ability, and strengthen communication ability. The evaluation was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87% higher than that of the control group 82.05%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of combining medical and nursing in clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics is remarkable. It can improve the ability of theory and practice of nursing, and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
