摘要
[目的]采用不加入溶剂的方式制备悬乳剂,获得物性合格、生物活性优良的悬乳剂产品。[方法]筛选不同结构类型表面活性剂,通过配方工艺的调整,开发出3%双氟·唑草酮悬乳剂(SE),并对产品的制剂理化性能及生物活性进行研究。[结果]通过该技术的研究获得了性能指标优良、对猪殃殃的ED90值为3.6 g a.i./hm^2,明显优异于市售对照产品4.8 g a.i./hm^2的悬乳剂产品,探究了无溶剂悬乳剂开发的可能性。[结论]产品性能结果显示,分散稳定性合格,悬浮率为99%,其各项控制指标均符合悬乳剂的相关标准。生物活性数据表明,该制剂具有较优的生物活性,从环保意义和农药制剂探索方面均有重要意义。
[Aims] In this study, suspo-emulsion(SE) was prepared without solvent for the first time, and the SE product was obtained with qualified physical properties and excellent biological activity.[Methods] Florasulam·carfentrazoneethyl 3% SE was developed by screening different structures surfactants and adjusting the formulation process. The properties and biological activities of the product were studied.[Results] Through researching this technology, the SE product with good performance and the ED90 value for weeds is 3.6 g a.i./ha, significantly superior to commercially available control product 4.8 g a.i./ha, and the possibility of developing solvent-free SE was explored.[Conclusions] The results of the SE product showed that the dispersion stability is qualified, suspensibility is 99% and all the indicators met the relevant standards of SE. The biological activity showed that the product had excellent biological activity. It was of great significance in environmental protection and pesticide formulation technology exploration.
