摘要
本文以昆明理工大学怡园二楼风味餐厅为实例,从餐厅内、外部环境要素入手,以餐厅空间主要使用者(学生、教师)为主体,以使用后评价(POE)理论为基础,结合对餐厅现存问题的分析研究,探讨提高餐厅环境品质和师生就餐质量的方法,为餐厅提出有针对性的可行性整改建议。
Taking Yiyuan Flavor Restaurant on the second floor of Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example, starting with the inside and outside environmental elements of the restaurant, taking the main users(students and teachers) of restaurant space as the main body and the theory of post-occupancy evaluation(POE) as the basis, this paper analyzed the existing problems in this restaurant,discusses the methods to improve the environmental quality of restaurant and the quality of dining for teachers and students, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the restaurant improvement.
