油茶籽实际压缩比的试验研究

摘要 笔者以油茶籽作为研究对象,进行了实际压缩比的试验,依据油茶籽的应力应变关系数据,推导出实际压缩比与压榨压力的关系数据。根据试验数据,使用川北方程建立了油茶籽实际压缩比的数学模型,并进行了数据模拟,结果表明:所建立的实际压缩比数学模型是正确的。 Taking oil-tea Camellia seed as the research object, the experimental study of the realistic compression ratio was carried out. Based on the stress-strain relationship data, the relationship between the realistic compression ratio and the pressing pressure is derived. According to the experimental data, the mathematical model of the realistic compression ratio of oil-tea Camellia seed is established by using Kawakita’s Equation, and the data is simulated. The results show that the mathematical model of the actual compression ratio is correct.
