摘要 油茶是我国特有的抗逆型木本食用油料树种,也是世界四大木本油料作物之一。其肉质果实、肉质叶片具有很高的营养和药用价值;种仁富含油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸,制成茶油可与橄榄油媲美;茶粕富含茶皂素、茶籽多糖、茶籽蛋白等多种成分,是生物医药、生物农药、生物饲料、化工、轻工等多个行业的重要原料;油茶壳可制成糠醛、木糖醇、活性炭等产品。油茶在制取新药、生态建设及扶贫开发等方面也具有良好的开发前景。今后应重点加强油茶引种试验、抗性试验、高效栽培、茶籽油深加工和精制技术的研究,为油茶资源的高效利用提供依据。 Camellia oleifera is a unique woody edible oil tree with resistance to environmental stress in China and one of the four major woody oil crops in the world. The fleshy fruit and fleshy leaf of Camellia oleifera have high nutritional and medicinal values. The kernel has a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, etc, and its oil is good as olive oil. The cake of Camellia oleifera has many components such as tea saponin, polysaccharides and proteins and so on, and it is the important raw materials for biomedicine, bio-pesticide and bio-feed, chemical industry, light industry and other industries. The shell can be made into furfural, xylitol, and activated carbon and other products. Camellia oleifera will have better development prospect on producing new medicine, ecological construction, poverty alleviation, etc. It is suggested that the introducing testing, resistance testing, highly effective cultivation of Camellia oleifera and the intensive processing and refining technology of camellia oil should be strengthened in the future to provide the reference for highly applying effect of Camellia oleifera resources.
