摘要
现今世界范围内的高校书院制是英式住宿学院教育不断本土化的产物。如果从20世纪之前英式住宿学院在美国的早期传播算起,其在美国的发展大致经历了萌发、兴起、群聚学院计划等几个阶段。随后,英式住宿学院在海峡两岸暨港澳地区高校得到传播。英式住宿学院教育在各地本土化的实践表现出坚持本土意识、树立问题导向、体现行政主导、呈现理念差异和发展过程曲折等诸多特点。从其本土化的路径来看,未来我国内地高校开展书院制教育需要认清并处理好形与神、利与弊、实与虚、远与近、中与西等几对矛盾关系。
The college system in colleges and universities worldwide is the product of the continuous localization of British residential college education.From the early spread of British residential colleges in the United States before the 20th century,the development of British residential colleges in the United States has undergone several stages,such as germination,rise,and cluster college plans.Later,British residential college was spread to universities on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and in Hong Kong and Macao.The practice of localization of British residential college education in various localities shows many characteristics such as adhering to local consciousness,establishing problem orientation,embodying administrative leadership,presenting differences in concepts,and twists and turns in the development process.From the perspective of its localization,in the future,the development of college-based education in China's Mainland's universities needs to recognize and deal with the contradictory relationship between form and God,advantages and disadvantages,real and virtual,far and near,and China and the West.
