摘要
书院制人才培养作为一种复合型、创新型的人才培养模式,其对于学生干部领导力的培育有着非常重要的作用。当前书院制在学生干部领导力的培育上有着强化价值塑造,强化情感认同,促进实践锻炼等重要作用,同时也存在一定的问题,如:重管理轻服务,重专业教育轻人文修养,重文化活动轻党建引领等。我们要利用好书院这个优势平台,不断地完善学生干部领导力的培育机制、考核机制、激励机制,进一步提升学生干部领导力的培育效能。
As a compound and innovative talent training mode,the academy system talent training plays a very important role in cultivating the leadership of student cadres.At present,the academy system plays an important role in the cultivation of student cadres’leadership,such as strengthening value shaping,strengthening emotional identification,and promoting practical exercise.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as:emphasizing management over service,emphasizing professional education over humanistic cultivation,and emphasizing cultural activities over party building.We should make good use of the academy as an advantageous platform,constantly improve the cultivation mechanism,assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism of student cadre leadership,and further improve the cultivation efficiency of student cadre leadership.
