学生组织作为学校建设的重要团体,在学生的教育发展阶段发挥着重要作用。而要想使学生组织充分发挥其作用,在学生组织的团队建设中,领导力的培养至关重要。学生组织中学生干部的领导力培养,直接影响学生组织的发展以及学校各项工作的开展。
As an important group of school construction, student organizations play an important role in the stage of students’ development. In order to make the student organization give full play to its role, in the team construction of the student organization, the cultivation of leadership is very important. The leadership training of student cadres in student organizations has a direct impact on the development of student organizations and the development of all kinds of work in schools.
