摘要
为研究电火花线切割锥度加工高速钢的加工效率及表面质量,设计正交实验,以高速钢锥度加工时间和加工表面粗糙度作为性能指标,利用极差分析和方差分析,着重研究脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、功放管数、加工限速4个电火花线切割电参数对其性能指标的影响,并结合灰关联度方法分析了两项性能指标之间的关联程度,获得了最优电参数组合。对优化后的电参数组合进行试验验证,实现了在减少锥度加工时间的情况下,同时减小了试件成形表面粗糙度值,达到了试验预期目的。
In order to study the machining efficiency and surface quality of high-speed steel processed by wire-cutting taper,the orthogonal experiment was designed.The high-speed steel taper processing time and the machined surface roughness were used as performance indexes.Using the range analysis and variance analysis,the effects of four parameters of pulse width,pulse interval,number of power amplifier tubes and processing speed limit on the performance index are studied,and two performance indexes are analyzed by the gray correlation method.The degree of correlation between the obtained electrical parameter combinations is obtained.The experimental verification of the optimized electrical parameter combination is carried out,and the roughness of the forming surface of the test piece is reduced while reducing the taper processing time,and the intended purpose of the test is achieved.
