摘要
研究了G90指令车削锥面轴,分析了锥度加工中四种不同走刀路线的特点,探讨了用倒推法和相似三角形进行数学处理及程序编制的技巧,加工程序通过SWCNC仿真软件检验,为同类产品的加工提供了有益的参考。
The turning of the conical shaft with the G90 command is studied.The characteristics of four different routing routes in taper machining are analyzed.The techniques of mathematical processing and programming using backward induction and similar triangles are discussed.The machining program is verified by SWCNC simulation software,which provides a useful reference for the processing of similar products.
