摘要
本文通过运用技术经济分析的相关理论,以AMD住宅小区工程为对象,通过分析静态评价方法和动态评价方法的优缺点,并对项目的方案进行经济评价,为房地产开发企业和投资者在进行新建项目开发时进行技术经济分析提供了一定的借鉴思路,同时促进我国房地产行业的健康发展.
Based on the theory of technical and economic analysis, taking AMD residential area construction as the object, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the method of static evaluation and dynamic evaluation method, and economic evaluation of the plan of the project, this paper provides certain reference for technical economic analysis of real estate development companies and investors in the development of a new project, and promotes the healthy development of real estate industry in China.
