摘要
结合实际案例,对假设开发法投资估算的原理、程序及传统方法和现金流量折现法的区别进行了探讨,研究了资金时间价值对投资估算的影响,为准确进行房地产开发项目投资估算提供了依据。
Combined with the actual case,the difference between the hypothetical development method of investment estimation principle,procedure and the traditional method and the discounted cash flow method is discussed,the time value of money on the impact of investment estimation,provides a basis for the accurate estimation of investment in real estate development project.
