摘要
为研究对流加热和辐射加热方式下半透明特性引发的热防护系统(TPS)温度响应差异,选取氧化硅体系整体式TPS为研究对象,建立了考虑半透明辐射特性的分析模型,通过辐射与传导耦合计算,得到了辐射加热与对流加热下温度和热流的分布规律,并设计试验获取了试验件内部温度特征,将分析与试验结合,证明了半透明特性对TPS隔热性能的影响,可见在辐射加热试验中应采取措施降低表面半透明特性,以降低不同加热方式下的温度响应差异.
In order to study the differences in temperature response of the thermal protection system(TPS)caused by the semi-transparency under convection heating and radiation heating,the silica-based TPS was selected to research this phenomena.The analysis model taking semi-transparency into account was established to carry out the radiation-conduction coupled computation,which revealed the distribution rules of temperature and heat flux.The internal temperature character was obtained through heating tests.The effect of semi-transparency on the thermal insulation property of TPS was verified well by combining analysis and test results.It shows that some measures should be done to reduce the semi-transparency of the surface for relieving differences in temperature response under different heating method.
