摘要
黔东南独特的地形与气候让当地少数民族形成了极具特色的饮食文化,其中侗族动物性食品文化是其重要的组成部分,现通过现场调研和文献的查阅方式对侗族的动物性食品饮食习惯、动物性食品在少数民族节日与生活习俗中的应用进行总结,以期在侗族饮食文化的保护与传承,丰富中华民族文化做出一定的贡献。
The unique terrain and climate in southeastern Guizhou have made the local ethnic minorities form a unique dietary culture. Animal food is an important part of it. This paper summarizes the dietary habits of animal food and the application of animal food in minority festivals and customs, which is of great significance to the protection and inheritance of the dietary culture of the Dong nationality.
