摘要
口述档案、口述传统和口述历史普遍存在的概念混淆,主要根源于同一个术语暗含多个含义并指向不同的概念。这些多重意指难以为人注意,实际上,仅不完全罗列也存在十个左右的概念或含义。与此同时,不同术语之间由于相同的修饰词往往被视为具有共同特征,如“口述性”,并将其归入一类,如“口述档案”。口述档案术语由于时代的局限而产生,不是一个严谨的概念,更适合的上位概念是声像档案,而声像档案与其说是一种档案类型,不如说是一个新的档案时代。
The confusion between oral archives,oral tradition,and oral history is mainly rooted in the fact that the same term implies multiple meanings and points to different concepts.Though often unnoticed,these multiple meanings refer to in fact nearly reach to ten or so concepts or meanings by incomplete lists.At the same time,different terms are often regarded as having the same characteristics such as"oral"because of the same modifiers,and are classified into one category,such as"oral archives".Oral archives are not a rigorous concept due to the limitations of the times.The more suitable upper concept is audio-visual archives,and audio-visual archives are not so much a type of archives as a new era of archives.
