摘要
家庭建档具有为平民保存历史和提高社会档案意识两个方面的意义。为平民保存历史有助于社会历史的完整和公众对社会的认同,从而促进社会和谐;提高社会档案意识有助于公众关注档案事业并参与国家档案资源建设。家庭档案的基本属性是私人所有,有很多理论和实践问题需要深化研究,各级档案行政管理部门对于家庭建档需要有适当的目标定位和方针政策。
Collecting and cataloguing family archives have two aspects of significance： preserving history for the ordinary people and improving society archival consciousness. To preserve history for ordinary people is helpful to the entireness of the society history and to the public society＇s acceptance, and thereby to improve the harmonious of the society; enhancing society archival con- sciousness is helpful to attract the public attention to the archival undertaking and to take part in the building of the national archive resource, The basic attribute of family archives is privarcy, there are still many theoretical and practical problems need deeplg research. All archival administrative management departments need to have appropriate objects orientation and policies to attract the public attention to family archives.
