摘要
为了提高车刀切削性能,讨论了内冷式车削对难加工材料断屑的影响。其加工过程是:高压切削液从刀具内部通过,从前刀面高速喷出,对切屑形成强大的冲击力,以达到断屑的目的。实验结果表明:内冷式车刀能够达到断屑的目的,并使得工件的加工精度和表面质量得以大幅度提升。
Regarding the requirement of machine ability improvement, the influence of inner-cooled turning on difficult-to-machine material chip breaker is discussed. Its process was that the cooling flows through the interior of the cutting tool, high-pressure liquid jet so quickly from the rake face that form strong impact on chip and breaks of chips. The experiment result shows that the inner-cooled tool can break the chips and make procession accuracy and the surface quality of the workpiece greatly improved.
