摘要
脂质代谢紊乱是多种恶性肿瘤的重要特征之一,包括大肠癌,主要表现为脂质合成增加,进而引起脂质堆积。这一改变伴随着脂质代谢通路中相关酶及转录因子活性的改变,进而激活肿瘤相关信号通路。天然产物具有降血脂、抗炎、抗癌等多种药理作用,且毒副作用小、安全性高等优点逐渐成为医药界的研究热点。本文从脂质代谢通路、肿瘤脂质代谢异常及基于脂质代谢通路的抗大肠癌天然产物研究现状等方面进行综述。
Lipid metabolism disorder is a crucial characteristic of many malignant tumors,including colorectal cancer,and it is mainly characterized by the increase of lipid synthesis in cancer cells,which leads to lipid accumulation.In this process,the expression and activation of related enzymes and transcription factors in the lipid metabolism pathway are altered,which in turn activates tumor-associated signaling pathways.At the same time,many natural products with various pharmacological effects,such as blood lipid lowering,anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer activating,have gradually become research hotspots.This paper briefly summarizes the role of lipid metabolism signaling pathway in the development of colorectal cancer and the research status of anti-colorectal cancer natural products based on lipid metabolism signaling pathway.
