摘要
对蔬菜中土霉素(OTC)和四环素(TC)含量测定的快速样品前处理方法进行了研究。蔬菜样品匀浆后经振荡-超声细胞破碎提取-离心-过滤、分子印迹化合物富集、乙酸-甲醇洗脱液洗脱、氮吹浓缩后,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定。结果表明,当加标浓度为100~1500μg/kg时,OTC和TC的加标回收率分别为(71.1±3.83)%和(53.49±3.77)%(n=9)。利用该方法对7种不同蔬菜样品进行了分析,测得其中OTC和TC的浓度分别为:ND^210.65μg/kg和ND^528.21μg/kg。该方法快速、廉价、环境友好,适用于批量样品的前处理工作。
A rapid preparation method for determination of oxytetracycline(OTC)and tetracycline(TC)in vegetables was studied.The vegetable samples were homogenized,oscillated-extracted by ultrasonic cell disruption-centrifuged-filtered,enriched by molecularly imprinted compounds,eluted by acetic acid methanol eluent,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the recoveries of OTC and TC were(71.1±3.83)%and 53.49±3.77)%(n=9),respectively,when the spiked concentration was 100~1 500μg/kg.Seven different vegetable samples were analyzed by this method.The concentrations of OTC and TC were ND^210.65μg/kg and ND^528.21μg/kg,respectively.The method is fast,inexpensive,and environmentally friendly,and is suitable for pretreatment of batch samples.
