水体中微量土霉素残留的快速前处理方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用本体聚合法制备了土霉素分子印迹聚合物,通过静态吸附实验、Scatchard分析方法及红外光谱等手段对其性能进行了研究,随后以该聚合物为核心材料,建立且优化出一种水溶液中微量土霉素测定的现场批量前处理方法,通过加标回收实验验证了该方法的可行性,并进行了实际样品的现场前处理与测定。结果表明,所制备的印迹聚合物具有良好的亲和性和特异选择性,表观最大吸附量为21.47 mg/g,印迹聚合物对土霉素的结合量明显大于非印迹聚合物的结合量;在0.50~1000.00μg/L范围内,所建立方法的水样加标回收率为80.78%~93.75%,相对标准偏差为0.26%~6.79%(n=6),方法的检测限为0.01μg/L。所采集的5种实际样品(红湖水、公园水、鱼塘水、牛尿及猪尿)中土霉素的含量分别为未检出、2.18、1.53、31.29和207.23μg/L。 In this paper, oxytetracycline molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared as a critical material so that a rapid in-situ pretreatment method for measuring trace oxytetracycline in water was developed. Properties of oxytetracycline molecularly imprinted polymers were studied by means of the static adsorption experiment, Scatchard analysis and IR characterization. The feasibility of the pretreatment method was verified by the spiked recovery experiment, and then the actual samples were collected and treated with this method. The experimental study showed that the prepared molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) featured good affinity and specific selectivity; and in the case that concentration of oxytetracycline in water ranged from 0.50 to 1 000.00μg/L, the spiked recoveries of oxytetracycline were ranging from 80.78% to 93.75%, the relative standard deviation being 0.26% to 6.79%(n=6), and the detection limit being 0.01 μg/L. With the rapid in-situ pretreatment method, five different liquid samples were analyzed to determine oxytetracycline by HPLC in lab, as a result, oxytetracycline concentration of lake water was 0.00 vg/L, of park pond water 2.18 μg/L, fish-pond water 1.53 μg/L, pig urine 31.29 μg/L and cattle urine 207.23 μg/L, respectively.
