摘要
李玉良教授所著的《〈诗经〉翻译探微》(2017)一书从中西比较文学的角度探讨了《诗经》名物、修辞、韵律、题旨和意象诸方面的翻译原则、方法和审美效果,分析了《诗经》翻译的文学性及其与历史、文化的关系以及《诗经》文化的对外传播等问题。该书系统地提出了一套《诗经》微观元素的翻译方法,实现了《诗经》翻译研究从零散到系统的过渡,建构了古典汉语诗歌的翻译方法论体系,为未来的《诗经》翻译和其它古典汉诗的翻译提供了理论框架和实践指引。
A Literary Approach to the Translation of The Book of Poetry was written by professor Li Yuliang in 2017. The book investigates the principles, methods and aesthetic effects of translating vernaculars, rhetoric devices, melody, tenor and imagery of The Book of Poetry from the perspective of comparing western literature and Chinese literature. Moreover, the book analyses the literary characteristics of the translation of The Book of Poetry and its relationship with history and culture. In addition, the international communication of The Book of Poetry is investigated. In summary, the book has put forward a methodology for translating the subtle aspects of The Book of Poetry , which marks the transition from sporadic research to systematic research into the translation of the Book of Poetry. The book has also established a methodology for translating classic Chinese poetry and offered a theoretical framework and practical guide for future translation of The Book of Poetry and other classic Chinese poetry.
