拉曼光谱在检测饮用水中微塑料的应用 被引量:18

Application of Raman Spectroscopy for Microplastics Detection in Drinking Water

摘要 微塑料污染引起越来越多的关注。通过显微拉曼光谱检测饮用水中的微塑料,结果表明,所测饮用水中未检出粒径大于0.22μm的微塑料;在室温使用条件下,PET瓶也不会迁移出大量微塑料。对拉曼谱图主要特征峰分析后建立一个适合于微塑料分析的参考数据库,结合显微镜成像技术为微塑料的鉴定和定量提供了一条新途径。随着光谱分析技术的发展,标准化的检测操作流程是未来的发展方向。本研究的光谱分析方法为系统地了解微塑料污染情况提供了数据支持。 Microplastics pollution has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,microplastics in drinking water were detected by Raman Spectroscopy.The results showed that there was no microplastics with particle size greater than 0.22μm in drinking water.And PET bottles did not migrate much microplastics when used at room temperature.After analyzed the main characteristic peaks of Raman spectra,a reference database suitable for microplastics analysis is put forward.The combination of microscope imaging technology provides a new way for the identification and quantification of microplastics.With the development of spectral analysis technology,standardized detection operation process will be the future development direction.The spectral analysis method in this study provides data support for systematically understanding the contamination of microplastics.
