摘要
铸造过程热应力分析对于优化铸件工艺,研究铸件凝固冷却过程中温度变化和应力变化,提高铸件质量有重要作用。本文应用ANSYS软件对形状复杂的汽车变速箱后体铸件的凝固冷却过程的温度场、应力场进行了数值模拟,分析了汽车变速箱后体铸件凝固冷却过程中热应力的大小、分布状态和应力集中区域。结果表明,随着冷却过程的进行,后体铸件轮廓边缘和尺寸形状发生变化的位置处应力较为集中,应力值较大。
Thermal stress analysis in casting process plays an important role in optimizing casting process, studying temperature and stress changes during solidification and cooling of castings and improving casting quality. The temperature field and stress field of the solidification cooling process of the automobile gearbox rear body casting with complicated shape were numerically simulated by using ANSYS software. The size, distribution and concentration of thermal stress during solidification and cooling of automobile gearbox rear body casting were analyzed. The results show that as the cooling process continues, the stress concentration and stress value are higher at the contour edge and the position where the size, shape change.
