摘要
船用柴油机机身因结构复杂,壁厚差异大等原因,在铸造过程中容易产生较大的残余应力、变形等情况。本文采用计算机模拟的方法,对柴油机机身在铸造凝固过程中的温度场和应力场进行了耦合计算,分析了柴油机机身在铸造凝固过程中不同温度段的应力分布情况。该结果可为柴油机机身铸造工艺设计中的应力分析提供理论依据,也可为同类型产品的铸造过程应力分析提供参考。
Due to the complex structure and large difference of wall thickness of marine diesel engine, large residual stress and deformation in casting process are easy to occur. In this paper, the coupling calculation of temperature field and stress field during solidification process of diesel engine body casting was carried out by using the computer simulation method, and the stress distributions of different temperatures was analyzed. The results can provide theoretical basis for the stress analysis during the casting process design of diesel engine body, and it can also provide reference for the stress analysis during casting process of the same type of product.
