摘要
目的调查南昌市三级甲等医院妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性与社会支持水平现状并分析其相关性,为改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理状态和感知社会支持提供参考。方法 2017年8月-2018年10月采用便利抽样法,选取南昌市某三级甲等医院238名妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表,中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表和领悟社会支持量表进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关性分析比较妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性与领悟社会支持的相关性。结果南昌市某三级甲等医院238名妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性总分为49.35±9.26,领悟社会支持得分为44.11±12.52,心理弹性总分、坚强与乐观、毅力与控制和领悟社会支持的各维度及其总分均呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论南昌市某三甲医院妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性与领悟社会支持均处于中等水平,有待提升,需采取干预措施改善患者心理弹性与领悟社会支持水平,促进其身心健康发展。
Objective To investigate the status of psychological resilience and social support level of patients with gynecologic malignant tumors in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Nanchang City, analyze their correlation, provide reference for improving psychological status and perceived social support of patients with gynecological malignant tumors. Methods Using convenient sampling method, 238 gynecological malignant tumor patients from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Nanchang City were selected as survey subjects. The general data questionnaire, Chinese version of Connor-Davidson psychological elasticity scale and perceived social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey. Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the correlation between psychological resilience and perceived social support in patients with gynecological malignant tumors. Results The total score of psychological resilience of 238 gynecological malignant tumor patients from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Nanchang City was 49.35±9.26, and the score of perceived social support was 44.11±12.52. The total score of psychological resilience, the score of strength and optimism perseverance and control were positively correlated with the dimension score and total scores of social support, and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological resilience and perceived social support of gynecological malignant tumor patients from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Nanchang City are at a medium level and need to be improved. Interventions should be taken to improve patients' resilience and perceived social support so as to promote their physical and mental health.
