摘要
目的对安徽省16市医院的病床使用效率进行综合评价。方法收集安徽省16市医院病床利用相关指标,运用权重的标准构成计算法结合TOPSIS法进行综合评价。结果亳州、宿州、六安、阜阳市的病床使用效率较高,Ci值分别为0.9791、0.8545、0.5675和0.5594;淮北、芜湖、马鞍山、黄山市的病床使用效率较低,Ci值分别为0.1926、0.2232、0.2404和0.2759。结论权重的标准构成计算法结合TOPSIS法,结果可信,能够科学反映安徽省医院病床使用效率情况;针对各地的病床使用效率不同情况,各地政府、医院需反复确定居民的医疗卫生服务需求,合理配置医院床位,提高医院的病床使用效率和服务质量。
Objective To study the utilization of sickbeds of hospitals in 16 cities of Anhui. Method The data of utilization of sickbeds of public hospitals in 16 cities of Anhui was collected and analyzed with Weight Standard Forming Calculation, TOPSIS. Results The Utilization of sickbeds was the better in Bozhou, Suzhou,Luan and fuyang, the Ci values of which were 0.9791,0.8545,0.5675, 0.5594.and worse in Huaibei, Wuhu,Maanshan and Huangshan, the Ci values of Which were 0.1926,0.2232,0.2404,0.2759. Conclusions The comprehensive evaluation of combing Weight Standard Forming Calculation with TOPSIS method was suitable and credible, which could objectively and accurately reflect the current situation of hospital sickbeds in 16 cities of Anhui. In view of the different utilization of sickbeds of hospitals in 16 cities of Anhui,it is suggested for the governments and hospitals to analyze demand of medical services repeatedly, to allocate medical resources reasonably, and to increase the utilization of hospital sickbeds and improve quality of medical services.
