半钢轮胎活络模具弓型座疲劳寿命分析 被引量:4

摘要 弓型座是轮胎活络模具关键零件。本文基于CAE及疲劳分析软件对其进行应力、位移与疲劳寿命分析。结果表明最大等效应力出现在弓型座内表面,竖直方向最大位移量位于弓型座悬臂部分且小于其悬臂下侧与花纹块上侧之间设计间隙,最大等效应力与竖直方向最大位移量均随其悬臂厚度增加而减小。最低疲劳寿命出现位置与最大等效应力出现位置相同,同种材料制造的弓型座,疲劳寿命随其厚度增加而增大;厚度相同时,40Cr制造的弓型座比QT450-10制造的弓型座疲劳寿命要长。 The slider is one of the key parts of tire mould.The stress,displacement and fatigue life are analyzed based on CAE and fatigue analysis software.The results show that the maximum stress appears on the inner surface of the slider and the maximum vertical displacement is in the cantilever of the slider and smaller than the design clearance.The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum displacement in vertical direction decrease with the increasing of the cantilever thickness.The position of minimum fatigue life is the same as that of maximum equivalent stress.The fatigue life of the slider made of the same material increases with the increasing of its thickness.At the same thickness,the slider made by 40Cr has a longer fatigue life than that made by QT450-10.
