摘要
某厂锚机在使用过程中,发生了离合器键卡死现象.该离合器键连接结构特殊,传递的转矩较大,采用4个键传动,轴上无键槽,受力情况复杂.为了在较短时间内完成离合器键连接的改进设计,采用有限元软件对离合器上键连接部分的受力情况进行数值模拟,得出了键连接部分的受力和变形情况.对键进行改进设计后,计算结果与实际工况基本吻合,键工作情况良好,为进一步优化设计奠定了基础.
Keys of a cable lifer's clutch from one manufacturer were blocked in normal operation.The connection of keys and clutch is special,four keys and a large torque are applied in it,the structure has not any key slot on the shaft,loads status are very complicated.For implementing updated design of keys in very short time,numerical simulation was carried out by finite element analysis(FEA)software,the keys′,force and deformations were got.After implementation of improvement design on the keys,the calculation results can match with the real working condition,the keys and clutch work very well,which will give out a reference for later design optimization.
