寒地高速公路事故应急交通组织方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决事故条件下高寒地区高速公路事故应急交通组织的问题,分析了寒地高速公路交通事故的影响因素,提出一种决策树方法对事故持续时间进行预测,并通过双重熵方法对决策树进行改进.在此基础之上,研究了高速公路事故应急交通组织的方法,并利用vissim仿真对其结果进行验证.结果表明,在交通量为2000veh/h时,限速可以减少8%的车辆平均延误,匝道控制可以减少11%的车辆平均延误,而实行限速+匝道控制的策略,可以减少31%的延误.当车流量大于2000veh/h后,需要采取分流策略,借助周边路网进行分流,可有效保证高速公路的顺畅运行. In order to solve the problem of emergency traffic organization of expressway accidents in cold regions, the influencing factors of expressway accidents in cold regions were analyzed. A decision tree method was proposed to predict the duration of accidents, and the decision tree was improved by double entropy method. On this basis, the method of emergency traffic organization for expressway accidents was proposed, and the results were verified by vissim simulation. The results show that the traffic volume is 2000veh / h, speed limit can reduce the average vehicle delay of 8%, the ramp control can reduce the average vehicle delay of 11%, and the speed limit + ramp control strategy can reduce the delay by 31%. When the traffic volume is greater than 2 000 veh/h, a shunting strategy is needed, and the surrounding road network is used for shunting, which can effectively ensure the smooth running of the expressway.
