摘要
目的:建立实验动物屏障环境设施独立通风笼(IVC)系统运行和使用管理方法,为科学研究提供高质量、标准化的实验动物。方法:分析IVC系统组成及工作原理,根据实验动物屏障环境的国家和地方相关规定及行业标准,从岗前培训、政策解读、笼盒使用培训、故障排查以及维修与维护等9个方面制定符合标准的各项标准操作规程(SOP),并对IVC系统进行定期维护和保养。结果:制定实验动物屏障环境设施IVC系统运行SOP,建立定期维护保养制度后,系统故障率明显下降;运行1年来,实验动物检测合格率达100%。结论:制定IVC系统运行SOP和维护保养措施,可保障实验动物屏障环境良好运行,确保实验动物质量的可靠性和有效性,为科学研究开展提供保障。
Objective: To establish a management method of operating and using individual ventilated cages(IVC) system of barrier environment facility for experimental animals, so as to provide high quality and standardized experimental animals for scientific research. Methods: Through analyzed the composition and working principle of IVC system to formulate various standard operating procedure(SOP) that could meet standard, from 9 aspects included pre-job training, policy interpretation, usage training of cages, troubleshooting, maintenance and so on, according to the state and local relevant stipulation and industrial standards of barrier environment of experimental animals. And to implement regular maintenance and service for IVC system. Results: The SOP of IVC system operation of barrier environment facility for experimental animals were formulated. After regular maintenance system was established, the failure rate of the IVC system was significantly reduced. In the past 1 year, the qualified rate of experimental animals achieved 100%. Conclusion: The operated SOP and the measurement of maintenance and service of IVC system can ensure the good operation of barrier environment of experimental animals, and can ensure reliability and validity of the quality of experimental animals, and provide guarantee for the development of scientific research.
