摘要
目的探讨在慢性乙型肝炎患者健康全程管理中应用循证护理的临床效果。方法选取66例我院2017年11月至2018年10月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为研究组和对照组各33例,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组采用循证护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果研究组患者的护理满意率相比于对照组更高,两组数据对比结果差异明显,说明具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对规范健康管理措施的实施率为92.91%。结论采用循证护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行健康全程管理能够提高患者的护理满意率,护士对规范健康管理措施的依从性较好,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of evidence-based nursing in the whole-course health management of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 66 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects of the study. All patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group with 33 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the study group was given evidence-based nursing care. Then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and there were significant differences in the findings between the two groups, indicating that there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The nurses implementation rate of standardized health management measures was 92.91%. Conclusion The adoption of evidence-based nursing for the whole health management of patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,The compliance of nurses to standardized health management measures is good, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
