摘要
目的探讨循证护理在重症病毒性肝炎患者中的实际应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的重症病毒性肝炎患者90例,采用随机数表法分为参照组与观察组,每组45例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理。比较2组护理满意度、并发症发生情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组SAS评分和SDS评分显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论重症病毒性肝炎患者应用循证护理模式取得理想的护理效果,患者的负面情绪得到明显改善,并发症发生率较低,值得到临床实践之中应用。
Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on patients with severe viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with severe viral hepatitis who were admitted in the First Hospital of China Medical University were selected from April 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree,complications,SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The observation group had a lower incidence of complications compared with the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Applying evidence-based nursing model to patients with severe viral hepatitis has achieved ideal nursing effects which include the improvement of negative emotions of patients and lower incidence rate of complications.Therefore,it is worthy of application into clinical practice.
