“车身结构碰撞力学特性”实验教学系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前车身结构抗撞性教学主要以理论结合计算机仿真为主,缺少专门实验设备无法进行实物碰撞实验的问题,设计了车身结构动态冲击实验台并开发了样机。建立了“理论-仿真-实验”一体化的车身结构碰撞力学特性实验教学系统,并应用到了本科生开放创新实验项目中。教学效果表明,实验台能够准确测试车身结构的吸能量、碰撞力等特性,实验教学系统能够使学生全面了解和掌握车身结构的碰撞力学特性,达到了锻炼学生自主学习能力和独立解决问题能力的教学目的。 In view of the problem that the current teaching of body structure crashworthiness is mainly based on theory combined with computer simulation and lack of specialized experimental equipment to carry out physical crash experiments, a dynamic impact test bench for auto body structure is designed and a prototype is developed. An experimental teaching system of collision mechanical properties of automobile body structure is established with the “Integration of theory-simulation-experiment”, which is applied to the open and innovative experiment project for undergraduates. The teaching effect shows that the experimental platform can accurately test the characteristics of energy absorption and crash force of automobile body structure, and the experimental teaching system can enable students to understand and master the collision mechanical properties of automobile body structure in all aspects, and achieve the teaching purpose of training students’ self-learning ability and independent problem-solving ability.
