摘要
落锤冲击试验台作为考核汽车关键零部件冲击性能的主要设备,其设计合理性、系统可靠性将直接影响试验结果的准确度。文中通过对落锤冲击试验台目前存在的几种结构进行探讨和分析,设计了一种落锤冲击试验台,并对某商用车用半轴进行了冲击试验。
Drop hammer impact test bench is a main equipment to inspect car key components impact performance,the design reasonability and system reliability will directly affect the accuracy of test results. The structures of several existing drop hammer impact test bench were discussed and analyzed. Then a drop hammer test bench was designed,and impact test for a commercial vehicle semi-axes was completed.
