摘要
废旧手机电路板中贵金属的回收受到广泛关注,目前主要采用湿法回收技术回收废手机电路板中的贵金属。通过分析不同型号手机中金的含量,探讨王水体系下,浸出的温度、时间、液固比三个方面对废旧手机电路板中金浸出浓度的影响,得出最佳浸出条件:浸出液固比为80 m L/g,浸出温度为40℃,浸出时间为25 h。并对剩余浸出液中金进行了回收,金的回收率超过95%,为废旧手机电路板中贵金属的回收提供了理论依据。
The recycling of precious metals from the printed circuit boards of waste mobile phones has received wide attention. At present,the precious metal in the waste mobile phone circuit board is mainly recovered by hydrometallurgy.By analyzing the content of gold in different mobile phones,the influences of leaching temperature,time and liquid-solid ratio on gold leaching concentration from the printed circuit boards of waste mobile phones in aqua regia system were described. The best leaching conditions were obtained: the leaching solution was 80 m L/g,the leaching temperature was40 ℃ and the leaching time was 25 h,respectively. The gold in the remaining leachate was recovered,and the recovery rate of gold exceeded 95%. It provided a theoretical basis for the recycling of precious metals from the printed circuit boards of waste mobile phones.
