摘要
以某多年堆积的电镀污泥为原料,采用重选脱泥除杂、氨法浸出工艺回收其中的铜镍,探究了碳酸铵用量、氨水浓度、液固比、浸出时间等对铜镍浸出率的影响,确定最优工艺条件为:氨水浓度15%、浸出时间120 min、碳酸铵用量100 g/t,液固比4∶1,此时Cu平均浸出率为85.05%,Ni平均浸出率为83.45%,实现了对该电镀污泥的回收利用。
Some electroplating sludge stored in heaps for many years was taken as raw material in the test for recovering copper and nickel therein by using a process consisting of gravity desliming and ammonia leaching.The effects of ammonia concentration,liquid/solid ratio,dosage of ammonium carbonate and reaction time on the leaching rate of Ni,Cu were explored.It is found that an optimal process condition,including an ammonia concentration at 15%,120 min leaching with the dosage of ammonium carbonate at 100 g/t,liquid/solid ratio at 4∶1,resulted in an average leaching rate of Cu and Ni reaching 85.05% and 83.45%,respectively,indicating the recycling of such electroplating sludge can be actualized.
