摘要
我国图书馆学科服务经历了萌芽、初创、发展及转型四个阶段,其发展特点与演进逻辑表现为:服务场所及空间从“客观实体”转变为“泛在虚拟”、服务手段从“单一手工”转变为“集成智能”、服务模式从“传统”转变为“现代”、服务内容从“碎片化”转变为“知识化”、服务体验从“获取”到“满意”。
The subject service of libraries in China has gone through four stages: embryonic stage, initial stage, development stage and transformation stage. Its characteristics and logical involution are realized as follows: service places and spaces change from "objective substantial" to "ubiquitous virtual"、service means change from "single manual" to "intelligent integrated"、service mode changes from "traditional" to "modern"、service content changes from "fragmentation" to "knowledge"、service experience from "acquisition" to "satisfaction".
