摘要
目的探讨超声乳化术对白内障伴糖尿病患者角膜内皮的影响。方法收集在我院住院治疗的93例白内障患者作为研究对象,根据有无并发糖尿病分为两组,其中合并糖尿病组47例患者均伴有糖尿病,无糖尿病组46例患者均未并发糖尿病,两组患者均行超声乳化术。对比两组患者术前后角膜内皮细胞形态变化情况。结果在术前、术后1周、4周合并糖尿病组患者角膜内皮细胞变异系数高于无糖尿病组,六角形细胞比例低于无糖尿病组(P<0.05);术后1周、4周合并糖尿病组的角膜内皮细胞密度均低于无糖尿病组(P<0.05);两组患者在术后1周的中央角膜厚度均高于术前(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术对白内障伴糖尿病患者的角膜内皮细胞形态损伤更为严重,而对无糖尿病的白内障患者损伤较小。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium in patients with cataract and diabetes.Methods Ninety-three patients with cataracts admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of diabetes.Among them,47 patients with diabetes mellitus were associated with diabetes,and 46 patients without diabetes were not complicated with diabetes.All patients underwent phacoemulsification.The morphological changes of corneal endothelial cells before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells in patients with diabetes mellitus before operation,1 week and 4 weeks after operation was higher than that in non-diabetic group,and the proportion of hexagonal cells was lower than that in non-diabetic group(P<0.05).1 week and 4 weeks after operation.The density of corneal endothelial cells in the diabetic group was lower than that in the non-diabetic group(P<0.05).The central corneal thickness of the two groups was higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification is more serious in morphological damage of corneal endothelial cells in cataract patients with diabetes.
