摘要
目的探究血清胱抑素C(CysC)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)联合检测在高血压患者早期肾损害中的诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的240例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照肾功能将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,按照血压水平将其分为1、2、3级。另从健康体检人群中随机抽出80例作为健康组。比较各组受检者CysC、Hcy、BUN、UA、Scr水平及CysC+Hcy、CysC、Hcy、BUN、UA与Scr阳性率。结果Ⅱ组患者的CysC、Hcy、BUN、UA、Scr水平均高于健康组和Ⅰ组,Ⅲ组的各项指标水平均高于健康组、Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。1、2、3级高血压患者CysC+Hcy联合检测结果阳性率均高于CysC、Hcy(P<0.05)。结论CysC与Hcy联合检测能够提高高血压患者早期肾损伤诊断价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum cystatin C(Cys C)and homocysteine(Hcy)for early renal damage in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 240 patients with essential hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected as as the research objects,they were divided into groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢaccording to renal function,and divided into grades 1,2 and 3 according to the level of hypertension.Eighty cases physical examination people were randomly selected as the health group.The levels of Cys C,Hcy,BUN,UA,Scr and the cletection positive rates of Cys C+Hcy,Cys C,Hcy,BUN,UA,Scr were compared.Results The levels of Cys C,Hcy,BUN,UA and Scr in the groupⅡwere higher than those in the health group and the groupⅠ,and those in the groupⅢwere higher than the health group,groupⅠand the groupⅡ(P<0.05).The detection positive rate of Cys C+Hcy in hypertension patients with grade 1,2 and 3 were higher than those of Cys C and Hcy(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of Cys C and Hcy can improve the diagnostic value of early renal damage in patients with hypertension.
