血清CysC联合HCY、HbALc检测在糖尿病早期肾功能损伤中的应用评估 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制蛋白C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、糖化血红蛋白(HbALc)在早期糖尿病患者肾功能损伤的临床应用价值。方法:将116例糖尿病患者和52例正常人体检志愿者分为3组,测定并分析各组血清CysC、HCY、HbALc、尿素氮(BUN)以及肌酐(Cr)的检测结果。结果:单纯糖尿病(DM)组仅有HbA1c水平高于正常人对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病肾病(DN)组的Cys C、HCY、HbA1c等5项检测结果均明显高于DM组和对照组(P<0.01));糖尿病不同病史阶段均以CysC和HCY几乎同时并且较早出现异常,异常率也高于BUN和Cr。结论:血清CysC和HCY对诊治糖尿病早期肾功能损伤较为敏感,联合检测Cys C、HCY、HbA1c在预防、延缓糖尿病肾病中有重要的临床价值。 Objective:To evaluate clinical application value of serum homocysteine protease inhibiting protein C(CysC),homocysteine(HCY),glycated hemoglobin(HbALc) in patients with diabetes early renal damage.Methods: 116 patients with diabetes and 52 normal medical volunteers were divided into three groups for determination and analysis of serum CysC,HCY,HbALc,urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr).Results: In pure diabetes mellitus(DM) group,only HbAlc level was higher than that of normal control group(P〈0.05),in diabetic nephropathy(DN) group,Cys C,HCY,HbAlc,BUN and Cr were significantly higher than those of DM group and control group(P〈0.01);In different stages of diabetes,both CysC and HCY was found abnormal early almost at the same time,and the abnormal rates were higher than BUN and Cr.Conclusion: Serum CysC and HCY were sensitive in diagnosis and treatment of early diabetes with renal injury,joint detection of CysC,HCY and HbAlc had significant clinical value in preventing and delaying diabetic nephropathy.
