摘要
应用颗粒离散元法建立径向流反应器内球形颗粒随机堆积环形催化剂床层模型,采用颗粒流程序-计算流体动力学(PFC-CFD)耦合求解法得到床层内流体流动压力场、速度场分布规律,研究当边界条件相同、颗粒粒径分别为12、14、16、20、28mm时,随机堆积床层内场分布的变化规律。结果表明:随着催化剂颗粒粒径的减小,床层阻力增大,床层速度、压力的变化梯度也增大,但流体沿轴向分布较均匀;粒径12mm的催化床层径向流反应器内部轴流分布最均匀。
The catalyst bed of spherical particles in radial flow reactor was established by discrete element method,and the pressure field and velocity field distribution of fluid flow in the bed were obtained by particle flow code-computational fluid dynamics(PFC-CFD)coupling method.The variation of random stacking bed field was studied when there were the same conditions and the particle diameters were 12,14,16,20 and 28 mm,respectively.The results show that as the particle size of the catalyst decreases,the bed resistance increases,and the bed velocity and pressure gradient increases,but the fluid is evenly distributed along the axial direction;the axial flow distribution of the radial flow reactor with a particle size of 12 mm is the most uniform.
