摘要
以新元矿沿空掘巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场工业性试验相结合的方法,得出动压巷道沿空掘巷煤柱的合理宽度。现场试验结果表明,当煤柱留设宽度为14m时,沿空留巷围岩变形稳定后巷道顶板下沉量为130mm,实体煤帮水平移近量为168mm,围岩变形量均在可控范围内,说明煤柱宽度选取合理。该研究成果的成功应用也对沿空掘巷煤柱留设实践具有一定的指导意义。
This paper obtained the reasonable width of coal pillar in gob-side roadway in dynamic pressure roadway by combin-ing numerical simulation with field industrial test with the gob-side roadway of Xinyuan Coal Mine as the engineering background.The field test results showed that when the width of coal pillar was 14 m,the roof subsidence of roadway was 130 mm and the horizontal input amount of two sides was 168 mm after the surrounding rock deformation along goaf was stable;the deformation of surround-ing rock was within the controllable range which indicated that the selection of coal pillar width was reasonable.The successful application of the research result has certain guiding significance to the practice of coal pillar retaining in gob-side roadway.
