摘要 在我国,现存着很大一批还未达到建筑设计使用年限的老旧住宅小区,全部拆除重建不切实际,亦与我国推行可持续发展战略以及建设节约型社会的理念不符。如何通过科学合理的改造,降低建筑能耗,延长建筑的使用寿命,在满足可持续发展原则要求的同时,提高居民生活舒适度,成为值得深入研究的重要课题。文章从南京住宅小区白鹭新村入手,通过对其节能方法进行剖析,对比分析改造前后能耗情况,为其他既有住宅节能改造提供参考和借鉴。 In China,there are a large number of old residential buildings that have not yet reached the designed lifetime,complete demolition and reconstruction are unrealistic and inconsistent with China's concept of promoting sustainable development strategy and building a conservation-oriented society.How to reduce building energy consumption and extend the service life of buildings through scientific and feasible transformation;and how to improve the living comfort of residents while meeting the requirements of sustainable development principles,have become an important topic worthy of further study.Starting from Bailu New Village residential block in Nanjing,this article analyzes the energy-saving methods,compares and analyzes the energy consumption before and after the transformation,and provides reference and suggests for other energy-saving transformations of existing residential buildings.
